SERGEI
Basics
Around 19 when he first enlists in 1914
Prickly, loud, fun guy (when he's not expiriencing the horrors)
Part of the Wanderer-Sergei-Uin trio (soldier-poet-king type shit) (he's the soldier)
he doesn't have a refrence yet

What he's like
Sergei wears everything about himself on his sleeve, is loud about his opinions and feelings, and sees no use in lying. He's often brash and rude, which definitely makes him not everybody's type of person, but he makes up for it with loyalty.
He's hotheaded and acts on impulse, often disrespecting his superiors. The only person that's been able to earn his unquestioning obiedience is Wanderer.
In a fight he's frantic and acts on instict.

What he loves
Sweets of all kind, if he had regular accsess to candy his teeth would be gone by the time he hit 30.
Loyalties
Coming from the lower class, he's familiar with how shit life is under the empirial regime, so Wanderer has no trouble with getting him on board with communist ideologies. Sergei mostly trusts his word on politics and economics, he was never given the education to immerse himself in these things, and doesn't have a very strong desire to learn it now.
His human connections are the most important thing for him — according to Sergei the meaning of life is love.
Dedicated to his friends above all else.
Relationships
WANDERER
Sergei idolises him, Wanderer earned his respect as a captain by bieng better at war than everybody else, and then sealed the metaphorical collar for life with acts of simple kindness. Sergei will do anything for him, and Wanderer puts him to use.
UIN
Gay gay homosexual gay
Uin was the first person with who Sergei could have deep conversations on the meaning of life and not feel stupid. It doesn't matter how different they may be, Uin never treated him as anything but an equal.
Personal thoughts
I have to admit that this guy is my punching bag oc, he's got it worse than any other character I've made. I think because he's so expressive and feels everything so strongly it's just cathartic to put him in situations.
Also he falls under the guard dog character archetype and that's always fun
